It took me a while to master the Raw Vegan Lifestyle and to make it work. Now I can teach YOU how to do the same.

I’ve invested a lot of energy, time and money (thousands of hours and thousands of dollars) into myself in order to be where I’m right now, health wise. That’s why I enjoy great health, high energy, high-quality sleep, good digestion and a body of a healthy 18-year-old female. What I see in other successful individuals (at least, in terms of their health) out there confirms what I just said as well – they ALL were seriously invested in themselves in order to regain and create the level of health they desired. They ALL spent a lot of time (which is our most precious asset), energy and, at least, some money doing that.

But this is NOT about me or them right now. This is about YOU. It’s time for YOU to step up into your greatness and create the level of health you deserve. Time is merciless, and you could be spending your life being healthy, vibrant and alive… or you could be living your life in misery, suffering from ailments that can be easily corrected with simple dietary and lifestyle changes. It’s up to you. It’s your time to make a decision, and whatever you choose, I will always respect your choice. However, I still have my hopes high in you, and I truly hope that you will choose health creation instead of health destruction.

Believe me, feeling and looking good is wonderful…once you feel it, you’ll never want to go back again.

How I Work

My mentoring is very personalized, intense and result-oriented process where I create a space for you to step into your greatness & your power, claim the transformation you desire and own it too.

I’m a flexible, gentle, kind, supportive and knowledgeable mentor. I will work with you where you are at. I will tune into you and intuitively navigate you through the changes holding your hand along the way.

Please Note: I’m not a medical professional, and I do not prescribe anything or treat disease. I will never advise you to go off your medication and such. I do not operate from the theory that thousands of separate ailments exist whose symptoms can be treated or suppressed with pharmaceutical drugs. I share the Natural Hygiene (and Dr. Doug Graham’s) approach that proposes that there is only one illness — toxemia. This is a condition of unclean blood and tissues, caused primarily by improper diet and lifestyle.

Some people find this very hard to comprehend, and it’s good to remember that the symptoms are not the disease. Rather, symptoms are actually the body’s methods of coping with toxemia. In order to “cure” a disease condition, such as diabetes, cancer, or cardiovascular disease, one must eliminate the underlying toxemia of which the “disease” is only a manifestation.

As you begin to eat a truly healthy diet (like the 80/10/10 Raw Vegan Diet) and make other positive lifestyle changes, you will no longer overload your body on a daily basis with toxic residue from food. Your body will begin to clean your blood, tissues, and organs of their toxicity, and the medical conditions will fade away. Generally, the younger you are and the less time the body has spent in the toxic state, the more rapidly it will clean itself.

I give advice on dietary and lifestyle changes, and I DO honor a Holistic approach. This means I usually look beyond diet and exercise. For instance, if you’re having trouble releasing extra weight despite all the effort you put into it, I can help you to discover and address the underlying emotional issues that might often prevent you from succeeding.

In fact, if sustainable and physiologically appropriate weight loss is one of your goals, I’ll be happy to share my knowledge and expertise on this topic. As a part of this mentoring program you’ll be receiving a series of weekly Weight Loss Tips from me that took years of research to compile. These tips are extremely practical, actionable pieces of information presented in an easy to digest form, and they address a lot of things that go beyond diet & exercise in regards to weight loss.

And of course, since Nutrition is my main area of expertise, I will mentor you through the dietary changes, help you to fine tune your diet and tailor it to your specific needs.

Lastly, I’m all about health creation. And this is where I like to bring your focus to. I’ll teach you health-creating lifestyle practices, and when you implement and start following them regularly you’ll be able to create the level of health that is beyond your wildest dreams. You’ll become self-sufficient as far as your health is concerned, and you’ll be able to stay independent from medical professionals of any kind. Please Note: this requires taking full responsibility for what is happening in your life, health wise.

Mentoring Process

Mentoring is a process, not a quick-fix. This is why I offer a three-months support package. We will have regular one-to-one mentoring sessions; in between you will do some work. Typically we will schedule our sessions weekly. Mentoring can be done over the phone or via Skype all around the globe.

My Mentoring Style 

Empathetic, focused, listening. As one client observed, I am “truly passionate” about each person’s success.

I will be there for you, watching out for you, holding your vision with you and cheering you on along the way. I will celebrate even the smallest successes with you, hear you and feel you, holding you in a space of loving care, yet I will also call you on your weaknesses and self-doubts.

I might also lovingly challenge you, because I am totally committed to your transformation, so that you can make significant changes to create the level of health you desire.

Please Note: at times you may feel uncomfortable and part of the process is discerning whether that discomfort is due to something that does not resonate with your truth, or because it’s actually what you most need or want, but is currently outside of your comfort zone. Upleveling in any way requires a degree of courage and a willingness to be uncomfortable, in order to get to where you want to be.

My Mentoring Model 

A structured yet highly individual process to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

1. Discovery.

This is the foundation for your mentoring journey, and you want it to be solid. We will start our first month of mentoring with Nutritional Analysis which is a pretty neat and powerful tool I use to evaluate your diet and lifestyle. It will give us a good idea of where you stand nutritionally — how many calories you’re currently eating on average and what amount you should be eating based on your height, weight and the level of physical activity + caloronutrient ratio of your diet (the percentage of carbs, fat and protein in your diet) +  if you have any nutritional deficiencies.

You will have to write down everything you eat and drink for three days as accurately as possible, including portion sizes. You will also have to fill out a Questionnaire of 29 questions (basic questions on lifestyle and diet). I will provide both forms: your food intake form + questionnaire. At this stage we will also include the Candida Questionnaire. It is a questionnaire for self-assessment, and it will help us to figure out if some of your health concerns are yeast-connected.

2. Goals.

Based on the info you provide for the Nutritional Analysis and what matters most to you, we’ll define your desired outcomes and eventually tangible, specific goals with timelines. We will define your fitness and weight loss goals as well, if you have any. One declared goal is to enjoy the journey along the way. :)

3. Plan.

This is when I get back to you with an Overview of your diet and Action Steps you’ll have to take in order to bring it to the next level. I’ll suggest a menu plan based on the produce availability in your part of the world (you will have to go to the grocery store or your Farmer’s market and make a list of all produce available at that particular time of the year). I’ll design a fitness regimen for you in case you don’t have one in place already. We’ll be elaborating on your options and evaluating them. Then we’ll conclude and determine the best plan to get you where you want to be.

4. Execution.

Mentoring is not about attending weekly mentoring session. Mentoring is action-oriented, and you will execute the plan in between the sessions. I’ll support you via email or phone to help you deal with possible challenges.

I provide all the info, research, tools and support you need, and YOU have to take action and implement what you’ve learned. I can teach you a lot of things and I can hold your hand along the way, but I cannot go raw for you. YOU will have to be the star and YOU will have to shine accordingly! :)

We’ll embed personal development into our mentoring and work on your mindset and motivation to help you get to know yourself better.

5. Monitor.

The final stage is about monitoring your progress and adjusting actions according to changing circumstances. As circumstances change, we will also check if your goals change along the journey. We’ll be fine tuning and tweaking your menu and fitness regimen discovering what works best for you at this period in time.

   3 Month Raw Vegan Lifestyle Mastery Mentoring Program

I am offering a package of 4 hours of support each month (12 hours total), which can be taken as 30-60 minute phone or Skype sessions, once or twice a week. We can schedule time as and when it fits in with what you most need and each of our other commitments. Approximately a week’s notice is desirable for phone or Skype time, where possible, but I may also be able to fit in time at shorter notice if something urgent comes up, as we know life does happen.

Additionally, I will record each and every call we share together. You’ll be receiving the universal MP3 recordings of our calls to review at your leisure.
